Oversaw the development and execution of general audience programs for the museum including educational presentations, performances, symposia, and after hours programming. Researched and evaluated programming, carried out grant criteria for current programs, and oversaw organization al partnerships Created the PAFA from Home series online, delivered programming to a diversity of stakeholders including visitors, members, students, alumni, across PAFA's digital platforms. Chose materials and developed lesson plans to enhance skills for individual students. Led semester-long humanities class which incorporates lectures, tours, and archival visits for medical students that bring skills to life by working with a wide variety of art objects and creative situations. Differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Provided humanities-based training for medical students, nursing students, university faculty members and practicing physicians. Exercises focused on examination and observation and creates a safe space to consider the importance of non-clinical skills in better healthcare practice. Assisted healthcare practitioners ro identify unconscious bias in decision-making, while focusing on a specific skill development like accurate visual observations, empathy, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and the importance of enhanced visual vocabulary in contemporary medical practice. Created and implemented course agendas, lesson plans and activities to successfully meet course objectives.

ADJUNCT PROFESSOR FINE ARTS | University Of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine - Philadelphia, PA 05/2021 - 12/2021

Developed and taught eight-week course where participants learned to draw the human body from live models and/or PAFA's iconic cast collection
First and second year medical students learned basic drawing and anatomy skills while also having conversations about engaging in unfamiliar activities, the role of peer-to-peer feedback, changing fixed mindsets and empathic management of others. Used variety of learning modalities and support materials to facilitate learning process and accentuate presentations.
